These feelings often indicate that marriage coaching could be beneficial, offering a proactive approach to addressing and resolving these issues.

Or you might feel that your marriage is doing pretty good, but you'd like to make sure that you have all the tools you need to carry your relationship forward into the next season, then marriage coaching is a good fit for you.

I use a tool called The Prepare/Enrich Inventory in which you'll gain insights that enhance your awareness of your entire relationship. This scientifically reliable tool provides objective results, helping you address what truly matters between you and your partner. As you take the assessment, it serves as a catalyst for meaningful conversations, paving the way for skill-building that can establish and strengthen the foundation of your relationship.

Pre-Marital Coaching

I’ve been using the Prepare Enrich premarital counseling program in my practice for over 30 years, and I’ve found it to be an incredibly valuable framework for couples. It addresses all the essential areas of life that are important to discuss as you prepare for marriage, and I believe it excels at this.
Prepare Enrich is highly respected, thoroughly researched, and widely utilized—it has been the leading premarital and marriage assessment for the past 35 years. You can find more information on the Prepare Enrich website. Certified facilitators, like Dino Griffin, guide couples through the program in typically 4-6 sessions. This starts with an in-depth online assessment, after which the facilitator uses the results and program exercises to ensure all key topics are covered. Depending on your unique results, there may also be tailored exercises and discussions to help you both feel fully prepared for your marriage.
