I vividly recall moments in my life when I needed someone to walk alongside me, guiding me through significant transitions. During those times, I didn’t necessarily seek professional counseling; what I truly needed was straightforward wisdom—sometimes hard truths that I had to hear.

 

I married my wife, Kris, in 1990, and together we’ve raised five incredible children and welcomed eight wonderful grandchildren. My life is profoundly enriched by my commitment to Kris and our family. Marriage has been one of the most fulfilling journeys I’ve embarked on, filled with both challenges and triumphs. We faced difficulties head-on with determination and commitment, and those experiences have yielded immeasurable rewards. I can't imagine my life without the blessings of my wife and children.

 

Our journey has been remarkable. While some believe that having a good marriage doesn’t necessarily equip someone to counsel others, I wholeheartedly disagree. Yes, some couples with great marriages may not excel in offering guidance, but the insights gained from their experiences are invaluable. Those who have navigated successful marriages have knowledge and perspectives that can truly help others.

 

What I offer goes beyond mere experience—though that will certainly be part of our time together. With over thirty years dedicated to helping individuals explore their marriages and find solutions to their challenges, I understand that life together can be both wondrous and burdensome. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I’m here to partner with you as we explore your future together. I hope to share well-worn wisdom that will guide you on what to embrace and what to watch out for along the way.
